Platform-specific tracking setup

Before adopting TAGGRS, Buzz Digital relied exclusively on client-side tracking using Google Tag Manager and some direct integrations with Magento 2. But this setup became progressively less reliable, due to increasing browser restrictions and evolving privacy regulations.

Limited ad growth potential

On the client's side, campaigns repeatedly failed to reach the critical threshold of around 30 conversions/month, making it impossible to scale effectively and trigger key optimization phases within ad platforms. Despite running Google Ads that performed well, the full advertising potential was not yet realized.

The approach: going server side

Implementing Server-side Tracking with TAGGRS was quick and seamless, thanks to the Shopify App integration and the perfect match with the existing Buzz Digital’s dataLayer setup.
